Cloudixion Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Cloudixion purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Sale or discounted items may have specific return terms
How to Return:
- Contact us at support@cloudixion.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the instructions
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability
